In light of the research gap that has been found above, the following research questions will be
attempted to be answered, tested, verified and validated:
Could consistent project team dynamics retained in a hybrid/remote working environment?
Are there any differences in project team synergy, collaborativeness and effectiveness between
face-to-face and hybrid/remote working environment?
Which project team is more productive – face to face or hybrid/remote working environment?
Which team working styles, attitude and behaviour promotes more project (3Ps – Project,
Programme and Portfolio) success and/or failures – face-to-face or hybrid/remote working
environment?
Any changes and differences in project leadership styles and skills to drive the performance, synergy
and productivity of hybrid/remote working project environment?
