Individual Presentation
MBA graduates need to continue to develop their presentation skills. Throughout the term, you will be giving a total of four individual in this assignment. Three of the presentation will be viewed by the instructor. One of the presentations will be given to your team during the team meeting.
Due Date for each presentation: Please review the Due Date Spreadsheet.
Requirements:
- Must be done in Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft SWAY only. Do not use Google, Apple, or Canva or any other presentation software.
- The link to the video must be on a slide after the last APA reference slide. Missing link or inaccessible link in the PowerPoint will be marked as a Late
- All presentations must follow exactly the guidelines set out in the instruction for each
- All presentations must follow the time
- Expected the presenter to use effective body language, use digital tools (laser pointer or digital ink), proper placement of the camera to capture effective body language.
- Expect the presentation in PowerPoint to follow the best practices set out in Point
- The presenter must be on video and cannot be blacked out. If privacy is concern, please blur your background.

Rubrics for Individual Discussion Subject Matter: 50
-The article is relevant to digitalization and/or digital transformation
-Thorough summary of the article or podcast. Captures all the key points from the article or podcast.
-The discussion on the article aligns to the content of the article.
-The discussion on ChatGPT alignment to the topic and the student clearly expresses the connection between ChatGPT and the article. (Depends on the topic)
-The presentation connects the articles to class learning
Presentation Style: 30
-Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft SWAY is used effectively.
-Clear voice and appropriate pace of speech
-Effective use of online tools for presentation eg: Digital laser pointer or Digital Ink.
-Presentation within the minimum and maximum time set out in the List of Topics. Less than minimum time will result in zero for the entire assignment; more than maximum time will result in lost marks for material outside of the maximum time.
-Presentation must be done in Presentation MODE not in EDIT mode.
-Effective body language throughout the presentation with proper camera placement.

-No spelling or mechanical issues in the slides
-Appropriate APA in-slide and reference page. Continuing APA errors in each presentation will result it larger loss of marks beyond the 20%. Presentation 1 – 4 mistakes = 20%, Presentation 2 – 3 mistakes = 30%, Presentation 3 – 3 mistakes = 30%, Presentation 4 – 2 mistakes = 50%. This amount will be deducted from the total presentation.
