Ayek Talent is a relatively new business, a recruitment agency trading for 18
months and based in North London. They made loss in year one but are
projecting over £100K profit this financial year. They currently mainly work in
ICT Telecoms, engineering and marketing, and have an exciting new contract
with a major company for smart meter networking.
The consultancy is to help them consider the two options for company growth
and decide which one is better for them. The two options are below.
1. An introduction of a temp offer, which would be a completely new
service to them
2. Expanding core recruitment agency offer to new sectors.
You are required to research the market and the two options above and
produce a report which includes market/industry analysis using relevant
