This workplace assessment requires you to lead a strategic business transformation for an
organisation or large work area on at least one occasion.
This assessment is divided into seven tasks:

▪ Task 7: Adapt Leadership Style
You are required to complete the assessment tasks in a real workplace, or in an environment with
conditions similar to that of a workplace.
