Assessment Details:

 Write a 3,500-word report on HRM practices in an organisation of your choice covering all three of these areas:

1. i) Leadership development
2. ii) Strategic learning, training and development

And

iii) Performance management

This is not just descriptive research into the organisation. The report should provide a critical evaluation of these HRM practices in your chosen organisation based on your selected theoretical frameworks, prior studies on the relevant topics, and professional sources. There will be more guidance for how to approach this in the first taught session of this module.
